01. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this public website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. These terms describe the current informational site and the intended rules for the planned service. Any future service-specific terms will be published before those features are made available.
02. Service status
QLYNK Ads is being developed as a private, first-party ad management and measurement system for websites approved by its administrator. No public ad marketplace or production ad-serving service is offered by this version of the website.
Descriptions of features—including creative management, ad units, embeds, redirects, reporting, and traffic classifications—are descriptions of planned functionality, not a guarantee that the feature is available today.
03. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or any future service to break applicable law, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, distribute malicious code, impersonate others, or interfere with another person's service.
If the ad platform is made available, access may be limited to accounts and websites explicitly approved by the administrator. Approval may be suspended or withdrawn for abuse, security concerns, or material violations of the published rules.
04. Advertising content and destinations
If and when ad creation becomes available, the administrator will be responsible for ensuring that uploaded or linked creatives, ad copy, and destination pages are lawful, accurate, appropriately licensed, and not misleading. Unsafe media and destinations may be rejected.
An ad's title and subtitle may be presented differently according to placement size. Small placements may use a compact “AD” disclosure. Layout changes do not make an advertisement an endorsement by QLYNK Ads.
05. Measurement and integrity
The planned system distinguishes impressions from clicks and may classify network type, automated traffic, and event legitimacy separately. Such classifications can be probabilistic and may be incorrect; a VPN connection alone does not establish that a visitor is a bot or is acting fraudulently.
Attempts to fabricate events, bypass approved-site controls, manipulate reporting, or misuse tracking endpoints may be blocked once those protections are implemented.
06. Third-party services
Future deployments may rely on hosting, media storage, or other infrastructure providers. Any third-party processing relevant to the live service will be described in the privacy information and configuration applicable at that time. Third-party websites remain subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
07. Availability and changes
The informational website may change or be unavailable while it is being developed. Planned features, eligibility, and these terms may be updated as implementation decisions are made. Material service terms will be revised before affected features go live.
08. Disclaimers
The current site is provided for general information on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no promise is made that the site or any planned feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
